HOT VINYASA

Classic Vinyasa flow series, often set to music, in a moderately heated room. The class includes a combination of postures and asanas designed to challenge your body and your mind. Rhythmic and invigorating, each class will include, core work, strength-building, and balancing.

Moderate heat. Suitable for all levels.

HOT HATHA 26/2
Bikram Style Yoga

Our Hatha 26/2 is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises for 90 minutes taught in a heated room.

Based on Bikram Choudhury’s practice, this class is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, to deepen your practice.

Intense heat. Suitable for all levels.

ALIGNMENT-BASED  HATHA

Our Hatha classes focus on correctly aligning the body to improve general posture, breathing and circulation. Alignment-Based Hatha is ideal for beginners and those with physical limitations.

Mild heat. Suitable for all levels.

INFERNO HOT PILATES

Hot Pilates is a train­ing sys­tem which com­bines Pilates prin­ci­ples with high inten­sity inter­val train­ing and is per­formed in a heated room. It cre­ates long lean mus­cle mass, burns fat, and increases fit­ness lev­els. It also cre­ates a stronger core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. Hot Pilates com­bines car­dio and mus­cle ton­ing in a heated room.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a restorative practice that targets the body’s connective tissue. Unlike our Vinyasa (yang) practice, Yin is a slower paced class with long-held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.

Mild Heat. All Levels.

Private Classes

Select Akasha teachers offer private instruction to students who desire to take their practice deeper or to new students who wish to begin a yoga practice correctly. Private classes include goal setting and a structured, yet flexible plan for success.

  • Winter Yoga Nidra 7:00 PM – 08:15 PM | SUN, DEC 2

    Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleep (like the going to sleep stage) This is an ancient practice that promotes full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.

    You will be guided into deep relaxation and inner awareness after an ease-filled 20 minute movement flow. A wonderful gift to yourself during the holiday hustle!
